Our Charities
Sin for Charity has had the wonderful opportunity to work with the following charities and individuals. These charities were chosen because of a particular meaning to the Sin for Charity staff members or because of a special request. We receive 20-30 emails a month asking for our
assistance
in raising funds for various causes. We only wish we had the time and resources to help them all!

Carter Kettner is the seven-year old son of Cinnamon & Joe Kettner. In February 2009, Carter was not feeling well, so Cin & Joe brought him to his doctor. Carter's doctor immediately sent him to the E.R., and a CT Scan revealed he has a tumor in his brain. He was transferred to Lutheran General for an MRI and the worst was discovered. Carter had a massive inoperable malignant brain tumor. Carter fought a good fight and truly proved to be a superhero to all who knew him. Despite the enormous support and love surrounding him, Carter past away at home on May 12, 2010.

Talk About Curing Autism (TACA) provides information, resources, and support to families affected by autism. TACA helps to strengthen the autism community by connecting families and the professionals who can help them, allowing them to share stories and information to help people with autism be the best they can be.

Little Angels is a loving home for children and young adults with severe disabilities and complex medical needs. It is a state-of-the-art facility offering round-the-clock skilled nursing, therapeutic and habilitation services in a warm, caring environment. Little Angels is located in Elgin, IL.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich their lives with hope, strength and joy. Since 1985, the Foundation has granted more than 9,000 wishes in Illinois.
